My brother and I had a few Kool-Aide (the real stuff from the 50s and 60s, with real sugar) stands and almost broke even once.  Our house was even in a pedestrian area from the (real) trolley stop a few hundred yards away.

Not enough money there even for a RWRE to take, even if they took it all.  Gotta go after the working poor.  At least they have enough to be worth the time stealing it.

No, not intentionally starving, but if it happens, it's just collateral damage.  Just skimming off the top.  Like Mayor Dailey in Chicago.  Take 10% off the top and pretty soon you got a pile of money.  Hey, the poor should have just made "better choices" about what they chose to do for a living, right?  (At least according to Limbaugh, Hannity, and O'Reilly.)

And now, we have more revelations about how the big banks were hosing people with foreclosures while WE were paying the banks.  Just more of what I am talking about....
