The President speaks!

So they carried this through from a tip last August to a full fledged operation 9 months later -- today! -- that resulted in no loss of American life, no collateral damage (that we know of), and not only the death of Bin Laden but the recovery of his body.  That's pretty much a 100% win.  The lesson, I think:  we can accomplish what we want when we set our minds to it.  

Also:  it's really fantastic to see people gathering spontaneously at the White House and cheering.

Yes, but, the Muslim world is ancient and symbolism is very important to them. This is a huge symbolic win for America against Bin Laden's death cult version of Islam. This is huge.

Obama was very Presidential tonight. Gave credit to those who deserved it and reminded us what the War on Terror is all about. Kudos.

I'm glad to see there are some on the far right that gives a sincer compliment here, not a backhanded one.
