A friend of mine is wanting to find a warehouse type space for her daughters wedding.  They would like a space that has that exposed brick walls sort of feel, and are expecting about 250 guests.

Any ideas or recommendations?

I think there's some famous old place in Sand Springs? It's out west I know.  Dang it, now I'm gonna have to rack my brain to think of it.  I think it has been mentioned on here.

http://www.postoaklodge.com/ is also nice, way nicer than a warehouse.  I never even knew it existed until a buddies wedding a month ago.

Went to a reception there recently. Cool place, but no bare/vintage brick like they were wanting.

Try Studio 212 on north Main.  I think Jeff Olson's lighting company is still located there but I can't remember what the company was called.

Circle Cinema lobby is another with bare brick, but not be quite what they are looking for.  Call Greg Younger at the Circle.

The whole point is they don't want nice/usual, they are very much the artsy/creative type crowd and want something different, but that can still be classy.   Stokely is different, but is a bit too "kiddy" and kistchy.  I remember going to an event at the old Fin Tube site anyone know who owns that now or who to contact?

The broadway is nice, but maybe too small for that many people. We had an event there in November and a sit down dinner for 100 felt crowded.

The Broadway definitely has the right look, but may be too small, will tell her about it though and have told her about Studio 212.

LivingArts is available for weddings. Very cool warehouse/artsy space.

I think they checked that one out and were concerned about all the art installations that would still be up and people mingling around in between them and all.

The place you want to look at is on Frankfort, its a camping store on the 3rd level there is an open warehouse space they use for taking photos . MyPhotoStudio is the name of the place...the other places listed here are far from warehouse other than the broadway....this is an open floor plan space

Blue dome diner sounds like a good option for them.
