Supposedly there's going to be a new center just south of 81st from Tulsa Hills that will be anchored by said grocer and a movie theater.
there's a thread on here somewhere about it.

Ah, thanks.  I've noticed dirt work in that location.

dirt work is for a retirement village that will be just south of the "The Walk at Tulsa Hills" shopping center
I found the previous thread.... it's this one!   :P

Looks like they approved the site design for the new Tulsa Hills QuikTrip just before Christmas.  Presumably they will just need to get signage and landscaping approved before they break ground.  Long overdue for this area and will be most welcomed.  Looks like there will be vehicle access from the stop light at Lowe's (Tulsa Hills Dr.) and also from the private drive a little further west.

Also, as anticipated this will be a new "Type 3" Design with multiple store entrances and a variety of food and beverage choices.

I wonder now if they've completely abandoned the previous generation store for new stores for all markets, or just for Tulsa and KC (where another exists in Independence).

I heard that a Fish Daddy's was in the works for Tulsa Hills.

I heard Bonefish Grill.....

Fish Daddy's seems like more of a fit for that area though......

Now I'm questioning my memory of what I was told...is one of them owned by Charleston's? If so, that's the one.

I don't know about Fish Daddy's and Charleston's being related but Bone Fish is a national chain.

Bonefish is owned by Outback.  Fish Daddy's is a completely different company.

Seem's like I have heard that Fish Daddy's is part of the Cheddar's group.  Or maybe vice versa.  Guess I could look it up, but just not feeling it today...

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

Anyone have any new info or seen any news on the development on the south side of 81st?  They have the road torn up and have been working on the water drainage outside of the Stonebrooke neighborhood.  Just curious what the current projections are for the new area.

Thanks!

Any more rumors or upcoming developments for Tulsa Hills?

Wow, Let me first start off by saying Tulsa Hills was a brilliant idea. I lived in an apartment complex about 71st and west of 75 about six years ago. During this time, there was nothing there. I had always said how it would make for a great location for businesses to open because of the traffic. I had never imagined it would have boomed into what it is now. Every time I go by, a new store is being built or opened. With the success of all the businesses there already, the future looks bright for any current or future business in the Tulsa Hills.
