NEW Metro Diner?

anyone heard about a new Metro Diner located at 11th and Birmingham? (The building where the Campbell hotel is). it was formerly the auto body/paint shop at the far west end of the building.

I think it's a great idea, reminds me of a place I stayed at in LA.

Would really be great if you are staying there and want to go to the diner and have a patty melt and a beer would be even better.
