Any place buy used sell phones?

Another question, does anywhere in Tulsa buy used sell phones. We bought a virgin phone last winter, it doesn't work down here (there is sprint network but virgin doesn't have it where we are.) So we need a new phone but need to get rig of this one first. Thanks. It is an LG Rumor Touch if that will matter to the place.
