True blonde status is by birth. It's appearance can be faked. Are you telling me that my cousin (and others mentioned in this thread) should be required to conceal her true identity to avoid being treated as a stupid person?  I might expect that from some here but I am truly surprised that you are/would be one.

Racial features can be altered too.  Michael Jackson spent a lot of money, I sure, to alter his appearance.

We are about the same age.  You are stretching a bit to say that dumb blonde jokes are harmless fun.  Racist bumper stickers are not acceptable.  Ridiculing someone for the color of their hair is also not acceptable. Before my hair turned grey, it was dark red, as opposed to carrot top red.  I heard my fair share of Red Head jokes. 

You added one too many comparisons (I think the lawyer comparison is legit.) and now cannot defend your choice.
