Need an etiquette instructor

TCC SEC is having an upcoming etiquette luncheon.  The person that normally comes in to lead this is not available to help out this year.  We have contacted "Miss Manners" and have gotten a quote from her, but it is a bit on the high end.  So since I got roped into being on the committee for this, and one thing we are trying to do is find a good instructor for a better price, I figured I would come over here and see if the all knowing TNF posters had some good suggestions on this.

Squirrel the food in your cheeks before you talk

I'm talking about suggestions on an instructor (you know, when that actually knows and practices proper etiquette) not how you tell your kids to act when visiting Aunt Winnifer. ;D

Thanks for the tips, I'll be getting these to the committee to find out what we are going to do.  If anyone else has any suggestions please add them

Emily Post foundation gives seminars, but that may be pricey, too.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

You go on and on about enemas every fifteen minutes or so and no big deal...I mention it once and you get all accusatory.

But yes, guilty.

I was giving an example of poor etiquette.  Winky smiley face.
