Our little festival is now listed as one of the top 12 in the country.  This year there will be well over a hundred teams from all over the country and is now part of THE GREAT AMERICAN BBQ TOUR. 

So, please come out and eat some great food, enjoy some great music, and visit your favorite BBQ team.  There will be celebrities that you may have seen on shows like BBQ Pit Masters and perhaps even a few posters from local forums.

When attacked by a mob of clowns, always go for the juggler.

One week folks!

The meat has just about finished aging, the rig has a new coat of paint, pecan and oak is at 12% moisture, and we've test-fired all of our entries.

Stop by and see us next Friday & Saturday, and by all means, come on Saturday and enjoy some of the worlds best BBQ by the best cooks from around the world.

We can't wait to see everyone!

I just got back from the Bixby BBQ.  I am stuffed with BBQ.  Good food.  Gaspar is right about his food not needing sauce.
