Chugging beers and driving around in todays PC World. Oh the shame of it all. What next, displaying peace signs and smoking grass ?

Yes. That is what next :D

Actually I'm in favor of alcolol prohibition in conjunction with legal weed....but that is for a different thread.

Trespasser!!  Breaking the law?  Doesn't sound like a good, moral, upstanding thing to do.  I bet many would allow you if you just asked....

And no - Oklahoma law does not require a property to have "No Trespassing" signs to be considered posted.  It is defined that all property is considered posted regardless of signage - the law was changed several years ago.

Just double checked, this only applies to land that is primarily devoted to farming, ranching, or forestry purposes, otherwise they have to tell you to leave, and give you the chance to do so, before it becomes trespassing.

Their "security" has seen me fishing other ponds of theirs before, and very politely asked me if I was having any luck.  Not too worried about them considering me a trespasser.

You know, I'm pretty staunchly against drunk driving, but if someone wants to drive drunk at rush hour, it seems they're a lot less likely to do any real damage stuck in a traffic jam.

Yeah, I know....I guess I jumped to the conclusion that since he didn't say where it was, that is was probably in the country somewhere.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.
