Me, too, but I have never run into hotter there than Oklahoma at the same time.  Or worse yet, Texas!

Get a passport and take the ferry over to Jost Van Dyke in the BVI, or to Road Town Harbor and jump off to all the other BVI islands, you won't be sorry.

Got the passport...just haven't gotten that far yet.

Just like from anywhere else.  I think there's also still a duty-free shop in the airport on St. Thomas.  Not really any cheaper to buy your rum in the BVI than USVI that I'm aware of.

I think it is actually cheaper to buy at Aspen Liquors, especially if take into account the cost of the trip...but there isn't a beach 65 feet from my front door here.

If you want to feel like a baller this summer, check out AA's current discount business class fares to the Caribbean. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how little the upcharge is. They've also got a good, but not terribly excellent business class deal to both Madrid and Barcelona. ("only" around $3000 r/t, rather than the usual $8000 or so..I am not going for that deal)

And the boss is trying to stiff me on the deal - wanting me to train him.  Not gonna happen.  He can go, too, but I think I can add some firmware to make sure they need me real bad...
