How about a little help from this out-of-stater red. Am I f'd where I live if a flood happens?

I think you are OK.  I'm not sure about anything close to the ditch between Memorial & Sheridan.

Take a look at the Topo charts.  It says $15 but I think that's if you want a hard copy.  Download and take a look.  You are on the SE corner of the Jenks chart.

It looks like you are about elevation 670.
I am about 660.
ZYX is between 600 and 610.
The river looks like it's right about 600.  Keep your SeaDoo in good shape ZYX.

Looks like the links don't work all the way to the maps.  I'll try to get you close.

If all else fails, go to the USGS store, Maps, 7.5 Minute maps, Oklahoma, then select the map name.  Jenks and Bixby cover the area you will be interested in.

Holy cats.  Your family eats sand?

We've actually just started doing that. The sand plant appears to have shut down and now no one can stop us.

You are probably OK from local flooding due to a lot of flood control work.  If it rains like it did in 1986 or 88 and Keystone dam could be compromised.  Get the SeaDoo ready to go.  I don't know your exact address and there may be some local high spots.  I just looked generally at the development across from W. Irving park.

I checked it out and your guess seemed to be about right. Understandably, I'd rather not give out my address.

I certainly have no intention of giving out my exact address.  A general area is close enough.
