It's funnier if it's more original.

As opposed to a vacuum for Republicans?  You can fill an open space with something.  Not so easy to do with a vacuum.   8)

Ah.  That's why my divining rods won't work south of 41st...

No, you are just too nervous to hold them steady.

You are saying that a Democrat's open space has something there already, perhaps air.  To fill that space with something useful, like knowledge, would require displacing the air that's already there.

Vacuum? Really?  See Townsend's reply to me.

You're over-analyzing.  Engineers.  Sheesh.  No sense of humor.  :P

Durring the last election over at my polling place (Jenks East) there was a line at the Repub desk going out the door at 7am.  The guy behind the Dem desk kept yelling "Any democrats?" every time someone joined the line.  When I finally got up there I said "It's lonely at your desk" and he gave me a pinch-faced look and said "They just come in later."

Perhaps they're just not morning people?

Or perhaps the divisiveness has run so rampant in this state (at least) that they would rather wait so as not to be sneered at?  I know I have been during my time as a registered democrat.  Never deterred me, but it might some.  I'm also a little larger than many people, so most wouldn't say anything to me.

I don't know whose brains or vacuums are bigger by party. I think it is foolish to even discuss it.

But you have to admit liberal women are more fun at a party.
Power is nothing till you use it.

It's sad that's the conservative argument.  I'd imagine it confuses the conservative children.

THIS shows exactly how "hijacked" the Republican party has become - Meghan McCain as a liberal in the media.  I guess.  I like her quite a bit - because, as she says about Hillary; she don't take s$$$ from anyone.
