I noticed yesterday this building has been razed. Anyone know what the plans are for that lot?

They should have continued on directly south and took care of the Abundant Life building while they were at it...

Wasn't that the Tulsa Opera building?

No. The opera offices are located a block to the north at the corner of 16th and Boulder. The razed building was at the northeast corner of 17th and Boulder.

Of the two this one was the better. The ALB will most likely continue in its current worsening state for a long long time.

Drove by the other day.  I noticed more of the diamond cladding (or whatever that stuff is) has fallen off.

Just as a heads up to anyone near the building, it or parts of it may fall on you and kill you.

If part of God's building falls on you does that get you a heaven waiver?

To paraphrase, God stopped looking at that building a long time ago.
