If JB Alexander had been elected, there would be three tea party guys on the council and they would be the majority.  In his position as chairman of the Tulsa county republican party, Alexander purged moderate republicans from the group and even censured two republican county commissioners after they voted to send Vision2 to a public vote.  He claimed to respect the will of the voters yet would deny us the opportunity to decide for ourselves.  Worse, he pushed the censure through when the party didn't have a quorum present and couldn't conduct business. He did it anyway.

My opinion - the man puts ideology ahead of common sense and we don't need people like that in government.
