A student at the University of Connecticut is claiming the schools logo "empowers rape culture." The Logo, a Husky breed dog was updated last week to a younger, more aggressive looking animal.



Lets see how this must work:
Young=rape
Agressive=rape
Power=rape
Male=rape (however it can only be assumed the puppy in the logo is a male)
Pointy teeth?=rape
Pointy ears=yes rape
Dogs=rape
Kittys=not so much rape, unless they are Siamese, then RAPE
Open mouth=meggarape
Blue eyes=raaaappppee

One of my FB friends who is an occasional poster here was complaining during college bowl season that he was offended by fans doing tomahawk chops per one of the school mascots.  He kept going on about how distasteful and disrespectful that was to Native Americans.

Then a few weeks later he was completely miffed when he was berated for offending several people by going off on their Christianity.

Yup, what the letter says, is that the university is appears to be more concerned with updating its logo than dealing with all the conduct violations it's amassing
