They will probably find him huddled in an alley one day with a 14 year old boy and a warm crack pipe.

He even looks dooshy.

ZOMG!  Now we are all safe.

Don't worry about the math.  Orb the shots of tequilla at los cargos. Never mind the Bourbon drunks at the Polo Grill.  Ignore the winos on Brookside.

Method?  Bah!

We shut down a small businesses owner.  Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

/stupid laws.  Need to open up micro brews/brew pubs and get into the 1990s.  Also kill 3 tier distribution and no liquor at retail outlets.  Dumb dumb dumb.

18?

When I was 18?  No, it was way before that....

Wish the state would make it to the point where the rest of the nation was in the 70's....

The Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission is a vestigial organ of a bygone era.  They serve no purpose but to act as private gestapo for whatever party is willing to say their name three times in the mirror.  In the old days we had gangsters that you had to bribe to stay in business.  Today we have the same.

Vices are those acts by which a man harms himself or his property. Crimes are those acts by which one man harms the person or property of another. Vices are simply the errors which a man makes in his search after his own happiness. Unlike crimes, they imply no malice toward others, and no interference with their persons or property. In vices, the very essence of crime—that is, the design to injure the person or property of another—is wanting. It is a maxim of the law that there can be no crime without criminal intent; that is, without the intent to invade the person or property of another. But no one ever practices a vice with any such criminal intent. He practices his vice for his own happiness solely, and not from any malice toward others. Unless this clear distinction between vices and crimes be made and recognized by the laws, there can be on earth no such thing as individual right, liberty, or property, and the corresponding coequal rights of another man to the control of his own person and property.

You should resist!. . . else you may become a self reliant, independent thinking, free-market libertarian.

Oh the horror!

I add this to my list as well. Even a blind hog finds a walnut every once in a while. :)

While ABLE's behavior is lame, the real scandal is that this business is actually guilty of breaking the law – a stupid law that does not protect the interests of consumers or citizens of Oklahoma, but is simply a legalized protection racket to benefit the players in the three-tier distribution system.  You can buy and drink beer stronger than 3.2 in restaurants and bars in the same shopping center.  Pi Place is restricted to 3.2 or less only because it is brewing the beer on-site.  The shame is that Oklahomans continue to put up this law.

Good for them. I'd donate to help pay their fines.

What will it take to get their equipment back?  I'm sure the fines pale in comparison.
