JJ is on Boulder. This is on Cheyenne. About 4 blocks away.

We are in the Thompson Building at 5th and Boston. Opening at the end of this month.

I walked by yesterday out of curiosity.   "For Lease" sign is still in the window.
If this rumor were true, I would think that should be "coming soon" by now.
