No it isn't. It's the higher learning institution. Blaming Rogers and Cameron's failure to graduate students on what happened in a particular student's kindergarten year is just dumb.

Education is the sum total of all of a person's life experience.  Even before kindergarten...haven't you heard about the book??

"Nichols Hills"  Very nice area of OKC.  Just North of Penn Square.

It would basically be like having the Utica Square/Philbrook area as being it's own small town within Tulsa.

And if you typically think about "getting a job" to make that kind of money, well, most of the time in order to make that kind of money or more it requires having a career and having taken years of college, and or being your own boss, and or being a partner in a business, etc.  You have to own the valuable "means", aka. knowledge, wealth, property, and not just be "labor" walking up to someplace and asking to fill out a job application.

True that. I guess my real question should have been. What kind of Industry exists in a town that I had never heard of? Where a median income is around 124K.

The State Capitol.  It's one of the little towns that was swallowed by OKC's growth.

It's essentially a posh area inside OKC.  Have done mural work for friends and clients there, attorneys, doctors, developers, business owners of all types. It's kind of a status area, if you have money in the OKC area it's one of the places you move to for bragging rights and to be with others of your kind lol.  Still not nearly as beautiful, nor does it have as many big mansions as similar areas in Tulsa (the difference being that Nichols Hills kept being it's own small town instead of being taken over by OKC).   A lot of the new money is going to the Gaillardia area.  Have seen some homes there that make the biggest in Tulsa look like poverty gulch (which is what I call the neighborhood I live in lol)    http://www.kermitbrown.com/html/viewrecentlistings.php

It's as if Maple Ridge was its own town, but slightly less affluent....

And then there is #1 and #2....  makes the whole article suspect!  Or worse....

I was surprised COS ranks as more conservative than TUL and that Aurora made that list.
