I heard this would be a third location in addition to the two existing ones.

The building on Mingo is pretty rough on the outside from a landscape maintenance standpoint.  But, I believe they own that building, so I'd be surprised if they abandoned the space.

Tulsan's can't get enough half-donkey fried food dropped on the table by mediocre servers on their cell phones.

According to the assessor’s site, Pat McMurchy does own that as well as the 15th St. site under a trust.

That would be odd. The SE location is always busy for lunch and seems to be busy for dinner when we drive by.

Judging by the CROWDED parking lot today (that I couldn't find a space in) for lunch with my dad, I'd say success!

I went last week. Staff doesn't know how to handle a crowd. Waited about half an hour, most of that time there were open tables but no-one seating anyone. At 6:30 they decided to open the side room and start seating people in there. Still same food, will go again.
