Does anyone know how the Mayo loft projects are going?  The Mayo Hotel lofts' website says "occupancy summer 2007."  The Mayo building, which is now known as Mayo 420 is supposed to be ready for tenants in early 2008.

Haven't seen anything much going on there. Kanbar cancelled (or delayed) his 6th & main construction but at least the McFarlin remodel (phase 1) is done.

Since I don't get back home very often, I am confused.  What is the "Centennial Green"?

The Centennial Green (don't have a picture link on me) is a 1/2 block parking from Main to Boston on the south side of 6th Street. It is the starting point for the forthcoming "Centennial Walk" which is a self-guided walking tour with placards and streetscaping around downtown. The Centennial Green park will highlight the history of Tulsa including several oil-related projects including a "geyser" fountain as well as an outdoor performance space and possible outdoor cafe.

Oh, and I found the link:

No idea on the lofts.  Unless I'm mistaken on the location, one of my daughter's attended a prom at the Mayo a month or so back.  As well, a friend's daughter is having a wedding reception there in the near future.  So I guess, the lower level is re-done and open for business.

Seems a lot of people have decided to continue to park in the Centennial green.  I walked by there today and someone moved the cones.  1/2 of the park is full of cars; the other half is full of gravel.  I wonder when the city will put no parking signs up so they can ticket the trespassers.
