Looks like this developement is finally going to get underway.....I heard 25 Townhomes getting started soon......

^Not sure, but I think you may be confusing two projects.  There will be new townhomes (recently approved PUD-744), but this is slightly south of the 41st & Rockford location, behind Arbys.  I believe that the empty lot at 41st & Rockford is suppose to be an office.

Fprt hose of you that do not know the side streets that well (me!), this is just East of Peoria.  Think Brookside area.

It would be a good location for either residential or commercial (office or retail).  Happy to see either one too.
