A leasing agent for the property declined to name any of the signed or intended tenants.

Developer Hogan Property Company LLC said last year that the shopping center planned to open in summer 2018 and that it was more than 50 percent leased or under letter of intent.

I miss the big park space but retail here was inevitable.  71st & Riverside is a different story.  Too bad this development didn't have an REI..

Wasn't Warren Place originally intended for a couple additional towers to the west?  I saw a master plan once but can't find it on the interwebz.
