Anyone have any experience with a Mexican food caterer?

There are lots of great Mexican food restaurants, but would like to find one that has full-service catering experience (food, servers, clean-up, etc).

Thanks

Try Chimi's.  I believe they used to do catering, not certain anymore.

I've ordered from Andales, not for a huge crowd, but they specialize in delivery/carry out. They just recently moved so people could sit down and eat.

i hate to admit it but when we've had mexican catered (for 150-200 people) we always just use OTB... they deliver, set it up, haul it off- it has always been great...

We use mexicali for work.  They are great, the fajitas are really good and they bring plenty of the fixings.  I highly recommend them.

Name a mexican place. Any of them. I'd rather eat there than Chimi's.

Just a guess, but maybe all the construction put them in trouble.  It was very difficult to get there when I-44 was being done.

It always seemed busy prior to that.
