The one at the main mall works well, excluding girls from Owasso.

The thing that blew my mind during the clean up was that a day or two after the storm there were still downed trees on Riverside Drive blocking the lanes, but there were crews cleaning down trees off the jogging trail the day after the storm.

Traffic did seem to be slower with four way stops than with regularly-functioning traffic lights, but if it took the guy two hours to go to work and back, he probably lives too far from his employment.

It took me 30 minutes to drive from the Sonic at 59th and Lewis to 51st and Lewis during the power outage.  If it can take that long to drive that short distance, then according to your advice nobody better take a job further than 1/4 mile or so from home.

Just to be technical:

The Mingo traffic circle, as most people know it, is really considered to be a round-a-bout.  Anytime the car in the circle gets the right-of-way, it is called a round-a-bout.

Traffic circles are mostly traffic calming in nature only, not used for traffic control.

Boring information, isn't it?
