I love the title you chose for the topic- it really made me go pancakes???

I only skimmed the story, but this deal sounds like a major healthcare disaster in the making.

Heh.  Thanks for reading it.  I sure did make it look a lot like spam, didn't I?  In retrospect, not necessarily the best way to get people to read your post!

Anyhow, yeah, that's why I posted this. Imposing a credit score on people's ability to pay for healthcare really is just awful to me, though it does tip the industry's hand as to how it sees its future in the US -- finding ways to deal with people who have to have their products but increasingly cannot afford them.

I hope you had a chance to check out the splash page for the healthcare gift card.  It's depressing as all hell.  Let's just say that Cartoon Grandpa isn't the best way to get me to buy their card. Ugh.

*groan*

In case your provider hasn't already told you, RM, augmentation is elective surgery, and thus not covered under your plan.

Unless it will improve your self-esteem, in which case it falls under the "self-enrichment and mental health" clause, and we can go ahead and pencil you in for the procedure on Wednesday.  How bout after lunch?
