In St Louis, I stop at white castle.

Come on Grizz, you can buy those at most grocery stores frozen food section. And, yes, that place certainly qualifies.

Like NathanM said, not the same, not even close.

Absolutely not the same.  The stores steam theirs and add a pickle.  When they had the one in North KC, whenever we were on a gambling run, Whitecastle was required eating.  I could always eat a bag of 10 for sure.  Loves me some Sliders.

I think I could present examples of just about anything where I order two of something I only need one of ;)

Placing orders while hungry = bad results
Bonus points if you have gone all day without eating.

Have any of you tried a LARGE sandwich at Schlotzskys?  The menu lists Small and Medium.  Ask for a Large - they have them.  At the drivethru, they reply "A large?  You want a $12 sandwich?".  Just say yes.  If you can eat the whole thing, you are a god.  Turkey original is my preference.  The sandwich is about the circumference of a medium pizza, 3 to 4 inches thick with like a pound of meat on it.  It is cut into quarters, each quarter bigger than what would be considered a "normal" sized portion.

Phat Phillie's "Phatter" - best cheesesteak I've had in Tulsa. (I like it better than Steak Stuffers)

Mario's (51st location only - BA sucks)Pepperoni with double cheese pizza. (I heard the owner, Mike, died. Sad if true.)

Taco San Pedro carne asada burrito - makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Decadence en espaƱol. Very reasonably priced.

Uncle Vinnie's Pizza in BA - just incredible pizza - all the time. Be careful, he might just throw in a free pizza with your order - or free cheesecake - guy rocks!

Logan's 16 ounce rib-eye steak (medium-rare) with baked sweet potato covered in butter and brown sugar.

Not really all that bad but a burger at Clauds is hard to beat.  There's some enchilada dish at Cafe Ole that is one of the best dishes I've eaten in Tulsa.
OH, anything from the chocolate place on Brookside...is that still open.  My wife and I would get those chocolate covered espresso beans...VERY tasty.
#9 and #11 at Tin Star...also not really that bad for you.

When I eat out at restaurants in Tulsa, I tend to choose foods I would not normally prepare at home, so I mostly pick healthy at restaurants.

But...one of my big guilty pleasures to prepare at home is a grilled cheese sandwich, Velveeta cheese, and fried in the skillet in bacon grease!  And sometimes I will put bacon and tomato in the sandwich.  It is the only thing I really love Velveeta for, a grilled cheese sandwich.  On the plus side, I will usually use whole wheat bread!  I don't do this often, but it sure is good.

Two slices of pepper jack works better for me.

Velveeta + Rotel + Wolf Brand = Okie Horsdouvres.

Anything from Merrits is a good guilty pleasure.

Anytime I am in So. Cal. for business, I try to stop at El Pollo Loco if time permits.

Flame grilled chicken is great.

You guys are great.  BTW, we took the kids to Ollie's today.  OK buffet, some items a little chilly, excellent banana pudding.  But the trains blew my 4 year old's mind.[:)]

You're kidding right?  One of my vendors took me to lunch there today a little after noon.  I was the handsome guy sitting under a train track.  Glad I could narrow it down for you. [:P]

When we got there, they were needing to re-load on the chicken and salad lettuce.

Awww, we were there a little closer to 11 but we were there freakin' forever!

Doesn't help when the the 1 year old lets out a cry of indignation when lowered into the high chair, until emergency food is promptly stuffed in her mouth.  Those 15 seconds are hell on everyone. [B)]
