Roofing recommendations

Anyone have any local roofing companies that you've had experience with and can recommend or some to stay away from even?

Anyone familiar with Shew's Top Quality Roofing in particular?

A-Best is the best in town, but you pay a premium for them.  I've used Wisdom Roofing on my own home and on several projects, and I've always been satisfied.  Scoggins Roofing out of Bixby is good, as well.

Freedom roofing has done great work for us. They did the install on when our house was built. Any problems that we had they came out and fixed them for free.

I used Turner Roofing and I was very happy with the job they did.

I've used Basey's Roofing a couple times and have been very pleased.

I had hail damage to my roof.  Basey's came out and said my roof was totaled and gave me an estimate.  My insurance company came out and said my roof was fine.  When I called Basey's back, they offered to call my insurance company and meet the adjuster back at my house to go over their findings.

Bottom line, I got a new roof and Basey's was great to work with.

Thanks for the recommendations. I was kinda hoping for at least two people to recommend the same company but that's alright.

I'll get a few quotes and check their work and see who I like best. This gets me started on a few to call.

I had mine replaced by C & S roofing after a friend that does commercail roofing referred me to him and I was very pleased with the end result...he also gave me the lowest quote[}:)]

I've used C&S at work, too, they're good.  So that would be your double recommendation.

Thanks for the other recommendations. I'll be calling C&S this morning.

So far I've got Shew's quoted and am waiting on Apple Roofing (good recommendations from a friend) and gonna get ahold of C&S today.

Hopefully either one that I go for I won't end up with 17 illegal immigrants on my roof. I know that won't be the case w/ Apple but not sure on the others. =]

Since this most recent storm and the ones they are predicting today, I thought it would be a good time to rekindle this conversation.  Abest roofing is good. Superior roofing is owned by a friend of the family and do quality work as well.  I have called both to get an estimate and we will see what happens from there.  They both said it would take a few days to get out there because of the quantity of people requesting estimates for the obvious reasons.
