Today's map is better:  http://www.psoklahoma.com/news/storm/docs/TulsaRestorationMap3DEC07_12_12_07_1700.pdf

Well, I don't think that map is very accurate. It's showing that my neighborhood is repaired and it's not. Grrr...

The Walmart at 71st St and 145th East in Broken Arrow now has power. I'm assuming the surrounding restaurants do also. There's a Charlie's Chicken, Carl's Jr, Backyard Burger, and a chinese buffet.

Not true...

As of this morning the Mayor only had power from a generator. I don't know any newer information, but the President of PSO didn't have power either.
Power is nothing till you use it.

sgrizzle

Chris Nikel (both the person and the dealership) were both without electric earlier.

That's great news!  less junk being put on the road.  Now if we can just get the power cut to the SouthPoint junk complex off the creek turnpike![}:)]

The spokeswoman (not sure if she was the president or PR or what) for PSO last night on KRMG said she had her powered restored but, ironically, her gas did not work.

I don't really get why some people are bitter at different areas (North Tulsa played the card right away).  It is a triage situation, do the most good as possible as fast as possible.  I really don't think they care WHERE the customers are at this point. Just getting the numbers back up and running.

/no power.  Only slightly bitter. [;)]

I'm sure most of you are, but be sure and continue to report your outage to PSO.  I had a friend who worked in the corporate offices up north email me a print screen showing my power was restored yesterday, and it hadn't been, so I had to report again that the power was STILL out.  I called my neighbors without power as well and asked they do they same.  I think PSO commented they would be reseting the call tickets and require people to report outages again so they would have a better handle on where power was actually still out.

AGGGGG, I hope this is over soon!

I thought it was hilarious and pathetic at the same time last night to see Krazy Kathy looking krazier than normal with her hair all frazzled like she hadn't had a blowdryer in days.

Listen, KK, you aren't fooling anyone with that disheveled look.  You could fly down to your house in florida, do your hair, and fly back and it wouldn't be a drop in the bucket to you. Please stop the "I feel your pain" crap

And please put on some makeup, you are scaring the children...the water still works last time I checked so you can wash your face.

I think Mayor Taylor has done a pretty good job through all of this. I shudder to think what would be happening if the former Mayor were still in office. [xx(]

Two blocks in Swan Lake are up.  15th street to 17th place between St. Louis and Troost.  The rest of Swan Lake is SOL still.  :-(

TURobY

Parts of Renaissance are up, just not my parts.

Also, TU is now fully restored.
